From the living room area you see the spacious dining room table in the dining area and the lovely kitchen with all the modern appliances: stove, dishwasher, frig, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, cook ware and utensils. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area with new washer/dryer combo and Rinnai water heater which keeps you continually with hot water. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen sized bed, and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms have closet space as well as dressers for storing clothing, etc. The upstairs loft and bedroom is particularly inviting for additional space. It has 1 bedroom with twin beds and an open area with a TV & DVD player. Across the front of the house is a deck which can be used for sitting out and enjoying the sunshine and the back of the house has a deck with a propane barbecue for grilling. There is ample area outside for parking and for children to play. This home has a $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
