terms	There will be a 9% Oregon State Lodging Tax and a cleaning fee which is in addition to the nightly reservation fee All fees are listed in the home descriptions. Cancellations There will be no deposit refunds once your reservation has been confirmed, however you may move your booking to another date, subject to availability. Cancellations may be made in an emergency situation only. Payments A 40% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Please return the contract with your deposit by the specified date. Late arrivals must be paid in advance. Check-in Time Most homes have a 2 PM check-in with the exception of the summer months. The check-in times may vary from 3-5 PM depending on the size of your home. The keys must be picked up at our office located at 43 N. Holladay. PETS: We have several homes that are pet-friendly. They are Crab Pot, Pilot House, Necanicum, Sand Piper, and Gathering Place. We need to know in your application how many pets you intend to bring, and the size/breed of the pet(s). Failure to provide this information will result in an additional fee or cancellation of your reservation. Summer Season Policy Many of our homes have a minimum stay of 4-7 nights during the peak summer season, {July/August}. Please call for more information. Thank you for your understanding.
