CANCELLATIONS:
There will be no refund once your reservation is confirmed. However,
if we can rebook the property, you will receive a coupon less a 100.00
cancellation fee.
PAYMENTS
You will need to send 50% deposit to confirm your reservation, with the
balance due upon arrival. Please return the contract with your deposit
by the specified date. All summer bookings must be paid 30 days prior to
arrival.
PET CHARGE
There is a $25.00 non-refundable pet fee on selected homes. You will
be limited to one small dog and preapproval is necessary.
CHECK-IN TIME
The check-in times vary from 3-5 pm depending on the home. Keys
should be picked up at our office located at 43 N. Holladay Drive.
AMENITIES
All of our homes are fully equipped with linens, dishes, pots/pans, and
paper and soap products. They also include washer/dryer, TV /DVD
players, games, and a BBQ for your outdoor enjoyment.
OFFICE HOURS
We are open daily 10:00AM to 4:30 PM and closed on Sunday, except
On Friday we are open later. During the Summer months we are open
Seven days a week.
